High School Experience

Last Wednesday we went to a High School from Tennesse and we show a presentation to the students about our country. High schools in Argentina are much more different than here in USA. We don't even have a locker.
The students behave really well and we really enjoy giving them our presentation. We talk about our culture, our food. The first question they asked was about the drinking age. In Argentina is allowed at 18.

Atlanta's trip

Last weekend we went to Atlanta, Georgia. We travel 4 hours by bus and when we arrive we had lunch at CNN. After that we did the CNN Tour and we went to The World Of Coca Cola. This two places were good, but as we only went for one day, I would rather had gone to Downtown Atlanta instead of those places, because they are interesting, but not that much in order to go the only day we stay there. Also they were a little boring, two hours is a long time for drinking a few cokes.
At night we ate pizza in a restaurant near the hotel. The next morning we went to a church, I was really sleepy. However I really enjoy the way they develop the event. I really love the music.
Then we had lunch at Varsity, a huge fast food restaurant, I enjoy the food, but it wasn't better than Mc Donald's or Burger King.
I had a good time, but I would change the location of the hotel to a more tourist one. And also the CNN and The World Of Coca Cola. I prefer to go to the Aquarium or Six Flags instead.

Arriving at Maryville College

We arrive to the United States las sunday. Since that day i'm having one of my bests experiences of my life. At first we spent a night in a hotel in Dallas because we missed a flight, and we have a lot of fun there. The next day we arrive to Maryville College.
The group is great, and people in college too. I actually don't care about bad things, if we had to spend a lot of time in the Airport, we did it with a smile in our faces and we enjoy every minute. So i'm having a great time here, i feel comfortable with the language, the group, and the culture.

Weekend at Gatlinburg

Last weekend, we went to Gatlinburg and we had a great time. We spent the night in a beautiful hotel and we went to Smoky Mountains. The first day, I went snowtubbing with three more friends, we had a lot of fun. We ate at Mc Donald's and then we went to the hotel and went to bed. The next morning I went Ice Skating. At first I fell like a thousand of times, it was really hard for me to learn how to ice skate, but after two hours, i could handle it. Then we had lunch and went shopping.
That night we went to "Loco Burro", as we aren't very smart, i dare Julian that he couldn't eat the chili. So we both did it. The worst 20 minutes ever, my tongue was burning. Actually I don't regret about doing it, but i'll never do it again. I cried.
That afternoon we went swimming at the hotel swimming pool.
The next day we woke up, we had breakfast and we went shopping to Pigeon Forge, a huge outlet, I realise that I am a shopaholic, but i enjoy it.
Anyway, I had a great experience at Gatlinburg, I'm really happy with this trip, I hope it stills as great as it is now.
